About the podcast

My innate curiosity of what makes people tick & how the world works compelled me to pursue a variety of interests from personal psychology and development, consciousness, mysticism, symbolism & more. 

As a result, I gathered a group of friends for a monthly new moon meal where we shared what was on our hearts to release and invite into our lives, along with discussing what we were going through.

Changes with C.A. Sedore was born from the inspiring stories & resulting changes initially witnessed with this group of extraordinary women. 

Through listening to what each guest offers, it is my intent that each conversation helps you see Life with a new perspective, or receive the words or guidance that you need to hear, which (hopefully) expands your own sense of Being in this world.
