About the podcast

My innate curiosity of what makes people tick & how the world works compelled me to pursue varied interests in development, consciousness, mysticism & more. 

Using what was learned from personal studies, I gathered a group of friends for a monthly new moon meal where we shared what was on our hearts, and discussed what we were currently going through in our lives. 

Laughter, tears, questions, angst & more flowed freely. Each exchange invariably lifted members up to press onward & upward with whatever each individual was going through. Our talks gave meaningful tips & concepts to implement in daily Life.

Changes with C.A. Sedore was born from the inspiring stories & resulting changes initially witnessed via this group of extraordinary women. 

Through listening to what each guest offers, it is my intention that this helps you see Life with a new perspective, receive the words or guidance that you need to hear, which (hopefully) expands your own sense of Being in this world.
